Volunteers Needed
Help Us Grow the Game
The Junior Phantoms are run entirely by volunteers — parents, grandparents, and community members who give their time to make junior rugby happen in Leeton, NSW.
We're always looking for help with coaching, team management, canteen duties, ground setup, and committee roles. No rugby experience required — just enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved.
- Coaching (accreditation support provided)
- Team managers & first aid officers
- Canteen & BBQ helpers leading up to and on game days
- Committee & administration support
